Dubai is renowned as one of the best places to live and work. Strengthening this reputation, the
Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has received the 'Great Place to Work'

certification from the esteemed Great Place to Work organisation, a global authority on workplace

culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours. This recognition highlights DGHR's

dedication to creating a positive work environment and promoting innovation and excellence among
its employees. Additionally, it emphasises the department's ongoing efforts and vision, driven by an

advanced approach to managing, developing, and governing human resources in Dubai's

government sector.

DGHR received the certification based on a survey of its working environment, covering various
