Hosni Abdelhadi, CEO of Carlton Hotels and Suites said: “We are elated to welcome Dubai’s
foodies and families to our new location in Sheikh Zayed Road. We take great pride in serving the
diverse residents and visitors of Dubai, as well as those from all over the UAE, with a culinary
experience that reflects India’s rich traditions. Our prime location in the heart of Dubai’s busy and
vibrant streets further sets us apart and inspires us to celebrate the city’s rich culture with guests
from all walks of life. With this endeavour, we hope to strengthen Dubai’s standing as a global
culinary leader and provide exceptional services that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction”.
Dubai has been recognised as a global culinary leader, receiving an impressive 97.55 out of 100 in a
Holidu-commissioned study that assessed the food diversity and experience in 75 cities around the
world, placing Dubai among the top five cities after London, New York, Tokyo, and Paris. As per the
report, Dubai’s popularity among food enthusiasts stems from its varied culinary offerings, which
encompass both traditional Emirati and international cuisines, an abundance of top-of-the-line
restaurants headed by renowned chefs, and a vibrant food scene with regular new additions.
As a result, Antique Bazaar’s new location on Sheikh Zayed Road puts the restaurant at the
crossroads of old and new Dubai, welcoming guests from all walks of life and promising a distinctive
dining experience for everyone.
