Dubai Leads in Employee Well-Being: HR Forum Initiates Cross-Emirate Dialogue on Workplace Health

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR), led by Abdulla Ali Bin Zayd Al Falasi, has
recently launched the first edition of the Human Resources Forum for 2024. This pioneering event, which saw

participation from HR directors across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, aimed at fostering

discussions on enhancing employee welfare within the Dubai Government by sharing best practices in

occupational well-being.
