Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Sports has conducted its second User Experience Lab

(UX Lab) of 2025, aiming to enhance the customer journey for private sector sports

organizations accessing key licensing services.

These services include issuance, renewal, adding activities, and updating data, which

are essential to the smooth operation of private sports entities in the UAE.
