The UAE reiterated its demand for stronger trade cooperation among member countries and strong
opposition to measures that would encourage the flow of goods and services around the globe during the
14th BRICS Trade Ministers Meeting, which was attended by Dr. Thani Bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of
State for Foreign Trade.
Since joining the BRICS in August 2023, the UAE has not participated in a Trade Ministers Meeting.
