Wison Offshore and Baker Hughes collaborate on offshore and onshore LNG projects

Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., an affiliate of China’s Wison Offshore & Marine
(WOM), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Baker Hughes to

collaborate in the field of offshore floating LNG (FLNG) and onshore LNG applications.

This strategic partnership brings together two industry leaders with complementary
strengths.

Wison Offshore is a leading EPCIC contractor for FLNG and onshore LNG plant modules,

while Baker Hughes is a global leader in energy technology solutions, products, and
services. The MoU aims to develop a long-term relationship between the two parties and
