This includes university students in hospitality, tourism, or related fields, as well as friends and
students interested in tourism, events, culinary arts, and hotel operations.
The initiative – which is open to UAE nationals and UAE-based students – will provide hands-on
internship and job shadowing opportunities, mentorship from industry leaders, guest lectures by
hospitality executives, career coaching, and personal development.

The programme will run for two to four weeks and cover special fields, including hotel operations,
culinary arts, food and beverage services, front office management, housekeeping, guest services,
and tourism and events management.
Interested candidates can register through the Ministry of Economy’s website till the end of June
2025, and the participants will receive accredited participation certificates.
Speaking during the launch of the Campa, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and
Chairman of the Emirates Tourism Council, said youth are the UAE’s “greatest assets”, therefore it is
important to nurture the next generation not just to train or offer jobs, but shaping the future leaders
in hospitality, entrepreneurs and the ambassador of the country.
