Dubai AI Training Partnership: Preparing HR

Professionals for an AI-Driven Future

Dubai’s Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has partnered with Dubai AI Campus in
a strategic move to train more than 10,000 individuals by 2030. This initiative targets the public and
private sectors, aiming to equip the workforce with essential artificial intelligence skills that will
support Dubai’s vision as a global hub for innovation and technology, aligned with the Dubai

Economic Agenda (D33).

Building AI Capabilities in Human Resources

The partnership will introduce advanced training programs, practical projects, and mentorship
opportunities specifically designed for civil servants, executives, and private sector professionals. A

flagship initiative, the “AI for Civil Service” program, focuses on developing generative AI
