The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has announced the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai AI Campus.

The Dubai AI Campus is a Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) initiative and the largest AI-focused
hub in the region. The agreement aims to support human capital development and future-proof the
workforce in both public and private sectors.

The partnership was revealed as part of Dubai’s efforts to enhance local capabilities in line with global
advancements in artificial intelligence (AI).

DGHR reported that the agreement includes the development and delivery of training and educational
programs. These will equip individuals with AI skills across various industries.

Officials stated that the joint initiative targets the training of over 10,000 individuals by 2030. This supports
Dubai’s vision of becoming a global hub for technology and innovation.
Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of DGHR, emphasized the importance of investing in
human capital. He said the collaboration highlights the Department’s commitment to enhancing employee
skills across sectors.
