Dubai’s global ambitions. He noted that cross-sector collaboration is key to building a sustainable
knowledge economy.
As reported, the agreement includes:
Training programs focused on real-world AI applications.
Tailored courses for senior executives and mid-level managers.
It also covers hands-on training, practical projects, and career mentorship. Participants will benefit from

employees in using generative AI to improve public services. Participants must present innovative ideas,
which will be reviewed by a committee of DIFC, Udacity, and industry experts.
The program includes advanced mentoring and coaching, along with access to knowledge-sharing
platforms.
Both parties will also host AI seminars and workshops, produce scientific content, and share the latest
research on AI in human resources.
The collaboration also supports tech events in Dubai to enhance institutional performance and workplace
environments.
DGHR stated that the agreement is part of its ongoing efforts to build human capital and drive digital
transformation. The move is expected to boost economic productivity and support Dubai’s position as a
leading knowledge economy.
