Under the agreement, the two parties will implement various training programs that concentrate on practical applications. These courses will

programs will include hands-on training, practical projects, career mentorship, and networking opportunities to strengthen professional
relationships.

A notable initiative of this partnership is the ‘AI for Civil Service’ program, which aims to upskill government employees in generative AI
technologies to enhance public services. Participants will be required to present innovative ideas, which will be evaluated by a committee of
representatives from the DIFC, Udacity, and industry experts. The program will also facilitate knowledge sharing and provide access to
advanced mentoring and coaching sessions.

Moreover, the collaboration will focus on hosting specialized seminars and workshops, producing high-quality scientific content, and sharing
the latest research on AI applications in human resources management. The agreement also promotes joint efforts to support tech initiatives
and events in Dubai, enhancing institutional performance and improving workplace environments.
