WW+P Architects, the London-based firm with over 40 years of infrastructure design experience, is intensifying its
presence in the Middle East. With a team of more than 200 architects and planners across nine global studios, the firm is
focusing its next phase of growth on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Strengthening regional presence through major infrastructure projects
Specialising in transit-oriented development, urban regeneration, and transport infrastructure, WW+P aims to support
the strategic development goals of both countries. The firm’s global credentials include iconic projects such as the
award-winning Paddington Elizabeth Line Station in London and Melbourne’s Metro Tunnel Project. The latter features
twin 9km tunnels and five new stations and is scheduled to open in late 2025.
WW+P is a core part of the 10N Collective, an international group of design and architecture experts under the Egis
Group. The collective also includes 10 Design, SvN, Fenwick Iribarren Architects, U+A, and Omrania. Together, they also
bring award-winning expertise across urban policy, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and large-scale infrastructure.
Expanding footprint with region-specific solutions
As part of its regional strategy, WW+P is actively exploring industry partnerships in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The firm is
also engaging with local media and participating in strategic visits. These efforts coincide with WW+P’s 40th anniversary
celebrations in 2025, marked by global events that underscore its legacy in urban design.
In the Gulf region, WW+P is already delivering design services for future-ready transport hubs. Their scope includes
everything from initial concepts to schematic design, detailed development, and construction documentation. The firm is
