WW+P EXPANDS INTO UAE AND KSA
Global architecture firm targets urban growth in Gulf.
WW+P Architects, a global leader in architecture and urban design with over 200 professionals across nine
international studios, is deepening its focus on the Middle East, with the UAE and Saudi Arabia identified as
key markets for strategic expansion. Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2025, the London-based firm is
bringing four decades of experience in complex infrastructure and transit-oriented projects to the Gulf, aligning
with national development visions and megaproject ambitions.
40 years of global infrastructure leadership
Specializing in transport infrastructure, masterplanning, and urban regeneration, WW+P is well-positioned to
support regional transformation goals in both countries. The firm’s global project portfolio includes some of the
world’s most technically advanced transportation initiatives such as London’s award-winning Paddington
Elizabeth Line Station and Australia’s $11 billion Metro Tunnel Project in Melbourne, set to open in late 2025.
Transport hubs and high-speed rail design
WW+P is a core member of the 10N Collective, an elite group of architecture and urbanism firms under the
Egis Group umbrella, which includes internationally recognized names such as 10 Design, SvN, Fenwick
Iribarren Architects, U+A, and Omrania. This network brings together deep interdisciplinary expertise across
transport, commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use design—ensuring WW+P can contribute to
projects of scale and complexity in the region.

Neil Baker, Managing Director for the Middle East, noted: “As we expand our foothold in the Middle East,
we’re driven by the region’s forward-thinking infrastructure goals. With our commitment to innovation and
collaboration, we’re excited to bring our global capabilities to support the transformative ambitions of the
UAE and Saudi Arabia.”
Already delivering design services for major regional transportation hubs and conceptualizing high-speed rail
station prototypes tailored to local culture and urban planning demands, WW+P aims to blend iconic
architecture with practical integration—meeting the future head-on through flexible, resilient design.
With planned industry visits, media outreach, and the upcoming celebration of its 40th year, WW+P is not only
growing but reinforcing its commitment to creating smarter, more connected urban environments that reflect
local identity and support national vision strategies such as Saudi Vision 2030 and UAE Centennial 2071.
