Dubai is getting a new luxury mall worth Dh210 million
A new Dh210 million luxury mall being constructed in Dubai is expected to be completed in late 2026, according to
developer Sobha Realty.
The luxury mall will be called Sobha Mall and is located in the Sobha Heartland community in Mohammed Bin
Rashid City. It will occupy 339,000sqm of space, with 35 retail shops and food and beverage outlets, plus 10 dining
spots and an urban park.
According to Sobha Realty, the new mall will “set new standards for a luxury mall” by combining nature, culture,
gastronomy and recreation.
