The mall will have picture perfect architecture, including a “vibrant bowl with a cascading void” stretching from the
basement to the skylight roof.

The Sobha Mall will also be built with sustainability in mind, with smart lighting systems, solar panels, lots of
greenery and natural lighting, as well as water features.

“The project underscores our vision to create integrated and community-focused spaces that seamlessly combine
convenience while offering multi-tier retail stores, gourmet dining and diverse entertainment options,” said Ravi
Menon, co-chairman of Sobha Group.
