Digital file management

QR Code is a symbol for outputting the information on the systems by

pointing the device's camera at the symbol.

Digital camera We can use it to take pictures, video and audio.

Scanner converts images to digital pictures so we can

store it on a computer.

Flash memory Used to transfer files and data between computers.

You can organize your files by creating folders and sub folders.

Note
Files: such as images, videos, sound, word document.

To create a folder:

1- Right click on your desktop
2- Choose New command
3- Choose Folder command

4- Type the name of the folder.
