Fresh Berries with Vanilla Whipped Cream






                     Serving Size 4














                     Berries have high levels of flavonoids and several








                     brain-beneficial vitamins, giving a healthy boost







                     to your brainpower.


















                     INGREDIENTS




                     ½ cup fresh blueberries







                     ½ cup fresh raspberries






                     ½ cup fresh blackberries






                     ½ cup fresh strawberries, quartered






                     2 tsp monk fruit extract







                     Vanilla Whipped Cream (see recipe on next page)
















                     DIRECTIONS




                     1.  In a small bowl, combine the strawberries and monk fruit







                         extract. Set aside.














                     2.  Make the Vanilla Whipped Cream.















                     3.  In a medium bowl, combine the blueberries, raspberries,






                         and blackberries. Use your hands to mix (raspberries tend to






                         be very delicate so blend gently).















                     4.  Add the strawberries and gently mix.














                     5.  Divide the berry mixture into 4 servings. Top with






                         whipped cream. (See recipe on next page)
