Vanilla Whipped Cream






                     Serving Size 4














                     A perfectly portioned sweet








                     topping for fresh fruit.

















                     INGREDIENTS





                     1 cup heavy whipping cream or almond milk heavy whipping






                     cream







                     1 tsp monk fruit extract






                     2 vanilla beans or 1 tsp vanilla extract
















                     DIRECTIONS





                     1.  In a medium bowl combine the whipping cream and monk






                         fruit extract.














                     2.  Split the vanilla beans and scrape the bean (seeds inside







                         the hull) into the whipping cream mixture.














                     3.  Use a mixer on high to beat the whipping cream until stiff






                         peaks form. Do not over-beat.
