Following X and Pearl, acclaimed horror helmsman Ti West wraps up
his triumphant X film series with MaXXXine. Set in 80s LA, it stars

producer, muse (and Pearl co-writer) Mia Goth as the eponymous
massacre survivor, with Elizabeth Debicki, Bobby Cannavale and Kevin
Bacon in support.

In French-Canadian gem The Nature Of Love, a 40-year-old academic

(Magalie Lépine-Blondeau) embarks on an affair with a contractor. This
smart and saucy romcom from Monia Chokri puts class and physical
connection under the lens.

Also in cinemas this week is the absurdly exciting Indian action

thriller Kill, which picked up a People’s Choice award at last year’s
Toronto International Film Festival. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, it
stars Lakshya as an army commando on a mission to rescue his true

love.
