               Award from the Royal Philharmonic Society



               The Royal Philharmonic Society held an awards ceremony at Queen Elizabeth Hall
               in London on March 3. The ceremony was ticketed for just £1 and attracted more
               than 10 ticket buyers.

               Performing live was cellist Seku, who now has more than 3 million online followers
               worldwide.




















































               In  his  keynote  address,  the  President  of  the  Association,  John  Gihuli,  first
               expressed  concern  about  Arts  Council  England's  reconsideration  of  the  list  of
               government  subsidies. In  his  speech,  he  said:  "Classical  music  policies  and
               strategies  have  always  been  erratic  –  but  with  the  ingenuity  of  practitioners,
