                Starts With a Trip Down The Grocery Aisle

                                                                         kids thrive. Research shows that junior
                                                                      Iglobetrotters tend to do better in school,
                                                                       be more independent and have higher
                                                                       self-esteem. Further, sampling global fare,
                                                                       whether on a trip or at the family dining
                                                                       table, teaches kids about other cultures and
                                                                       traditions, making them more empathetic
                                                                       and culturally sensitive.
                                                                       Food exploration can also teach children of all
                                                                       ages a thing or two about being flexible. To
                                                                       raise a foodie, introducing new flavours at a
                                                                       young age is a great start. And parents, make
                                                                       sure your appetites are ready, too. Leading by
                                                                       example is a crucial first step, since studies
                                                                       have shown that children are most likely to
                                                                       prefer the foods their parents eat.

             To help kids expand their palates and put their adventurous side into action, three leading brands in global cuisine —
