Preventive Measures (for the Organisation
and Employees)
• All common areas are sanitized before start and
after end of duty hours with special attention
to wash rooms / toilets by strictly following
periodical cleaning, swabbing, disinfecting and
keeping the place dry.
• All areas are sufficiently ventilated and usage of
air conditioners is avoided.
• Sanitization of Door Handles / Knobs / Lift
interiors / Lift Buttons / Staircase Handrail /
Common switches & fittings / Telephones /
Computer peripherals / Lock & Keys / Furniture
and other appliance are carried out periodically.
• Compulsory screening of all employees and all
the visitors entering through gate with thermal
scanner is implemented throughout all the
establishments of BEML.
• All people entering the factory / office should
compulsorily undergo applicable sanitization
practice.
• Separate isolation room are already available
at divisions / regions / places to keep persons
found unwell with any symptoms of fever and
cough.
