• Thermal scanners have been provided to CISF at
plant entry gate and 100% scanning is being done
on round the clock basis with the help of CISF
personnel.
• Sanitization is carried out of all the DVC Buildings
and Offices and also colony premises on regular
basis.
• Use of lifts have been restricted and notice has
been put for use of lift on emergency only for
higher floors only and not to use the lift for going
down.
• All Training programs (Engineering/Polytechnic
Students) and other official functions like
retirement farewell ceremony, seminars have
been cancelled or postponed.
• Emphasis has been given on increased paperless
communication by using email, electronic media,
etc. Meetings/Conferences are held through
video/tele conferencing as much as possible
