Deferment of Coverage at Retirement
Should you decide to not elect the credit union’s post-retirement coverage at the time of your
retirement, you waive any future opportunity to enroll in the credit union’s plan.

Amendment and Termination
The credit union’s right to amend or terminate the plan, and automatic termination, includes
post-retirement coverage, even with respect to participants and beneficiaries who are already
receiving post-retirement coverage at the time of the amendment or termination.
