That kindness was truly from each and every person in the office. I was greeted by Alena, the dental assistant, she immediately diffused any anxiety I had about being somewhere new. Dr. Adekugbe was by far the most thorough dentist I have ever been to. My new hygienist, April, was a wealth of knowledge and made my cleaning as relaxing as it possibly could have been. I am new to this area and have been establishing myself with many new practices. I could say something nice about all of them but not the entire beginning to end experience. If you are looking for a dentist in this area, stop looking, Smiles on Jefferson is where you want to be. Every single staff member talked or greeted me and had something nice to say. Dr. Bunmi was busy but took the time to personally fix my tooth and remembered me being a pt from years ago (pre-Covid!) Even the staff camaraderie was sweet to each other and teamwork was fluid. I was one of the last Pts of the day but none of them made me feel rushed. Kudos to the new building and team. What made me choose this place was Diane who works the front desk. She is so friendly and helpful! She does a wonderful job making people feel at ease before they go in and see the hygienist and doctor. I recommend picking Smiles on Jefferson if you%u2019re searching for a new dentist. Kristen K.%uf0ab%uf0ab%uf0ab%uf0ab%uf0abGot me in without a wait list, I called and had an appointment within a week, went in for x-rays and cleaning, a tooth was hurting and they fixed it all the same day, took my insurance and worked out payment with me for remaining balance the doctor and his assistant where super friendly and caring and made me so comfortable and treated me like family highly recommend.
