- Professionally collaborated with the world-renowned Stratford Festival Theatre, the City of Stratford and local heritage/ art groups for events and programming (for example Canada Day festivities, exhibits, lectures, educational seminars, theatre performances, Remembrance Day programming)
- Created brand new social media and communication strategy plan. Increased brand awareness for the museum through marketing initiatives such as collaboration through Stratford Tourism, local businesses and institutions. Used technical graphic design skills to create and distribute promotional material.
- Performed key research and writing for major exhibits.
- Collections work included accessioning, deaccessioning, cataloguing (labeling), photography, database
input, condition reports, creating mounts/ storage solutions, preparing artifacts for exhibit, and light conservation work. Worked with a wide variety of collections including military, archeological, agricultural, textiles, architectural (built heritage elements), archival, digital, and more.

- Created and implemented educational programming in a Living History Site.
- Direct liaison with the public, other staff members, volunteers and the Board of Directors.
- Trained and organized summer staff and volunteers (a team of between 15- 25 people).
- Organized and led 15 weeks of summer camp and school day visits.
- Created special partnership with the Curve Lake First Nations community, which created authentic and
personal learning opportunities for school groups and summer camp.
- Created and maintained programming budget along with detailed reports of expenses, enrolment, staff
scheduling and bookings.
