about the history of the State of Louisiana with the as-

Area I Top Teens were fortunate to spend time at
Southern University. Teens were welcomed by the
Southern University Chancellor and numerous high lev-
el dignitaries. Southern University students served as
tour guides for the Top Teens. Campus financial aid
personnel explained the process for entering into South-
ern and other colleges. Teens discussed campus life
