A Message From the National Editor of the Newsletter
F irst, let me say that it has been an honor and privilege to serve as your
National Editor of the Newsletter during the 2015 - 2017 TLOD calen-
dar years. Thank you for your support and encouraging words that truly
keep me afloat, and able to carry out this labor of love, that I am ever so
blessed to have bestowed upon and entrusted in me.
These past two years appear to have gone by much too fast. It seems as though it
was just yesterday that Lady Drema Lee Woldman, National President made the
appointment, for me to serve in this position, bringing her vision to fruition in a e-
newsmagazine known as, The Scepter.
During this time, I have published four e-newsletters, including the inaugural edi-
tion of The Scepter, the Top Teens of America 2016 Graduating Seniors edition, the 2017
Syn-Lod Convention Guide for Top Ladies of Distinction and the 2017 Syn-Lod
Convention Guide for Top Teens of America. And now, it is with great pleasure
to publish and present to you this edition of The Scepter.
In this edition, you will see highlights of Area Conferences, the “Call to Syn-lod 2017”, new ATEAAM chapters,
chapter anniversaries, chapter news, Top Ladies in the news and much more. You will also get the opportunity to
“Meet the Candidates of Syn-lod 2017”.
As you peruse this edition of The Scepter, I hope that you are as proud as I am, of how you have showcased your
chapters most proudest five star chapter programs throughout all four editions of The Scepter, incorporating the
organizations programmatic thrusts into everything that we do.
Top Ladies, I am proud to have served with Enthusiasm, Energy and Excitement. Many blessings to each of you.
Continue to speak life into the communities that we serve. Thank you for the opportunity to serve.
Serving Youth and Adults with Passion,
Lady Regina Dickson
