abilities that you have displayed for the past two years have
been above Tops!!! Your accomplishments have been impressive and you never cease to amaze not
only me but the community and the world.
As we embark up on new adventures, new experiences, and new journeys let us do it with great
pride, excellence, charisma, “Enthusiasm, Energy, and Excitement!”
I am looking forward to watching you soar to new heights as you build MOMENTUM to
strengthen, unify, care for, clean, motivate, and encourage the communities of which we serve.
Tops Teens your participation and dedication in changing lives is all in your gifted hands and the
