Greetings Top Ladies, Top Teens, Lords and Supporters,
I am honored and it is indeed a pleasure serving for the past four years in this ap-
pointed position as the National Editor of The Newsletter - The Scepter, the
Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) e-newsmagazine brought to you live on
the TLOD worldwide website. As we approach the close of this administration
under the impeccable leadership of our National President, Lady Drema Lee
Woldman, this edition of The Scepter depicts the final quarter of bringing her vision
to a reality in a historical way. The publication of our organizations e-
newsmagazine, The Scepter shows the world what we can do for our communities
as Top Ladies of Distinction sponsoring Top Teens of America. We are Tops in

Welcome to the 2019 Spring/Summer edition of The Scepter. The face of this edition features our Top Teens dedi-
cation to one of their national projects - “Blessings In A Backpack”, supported by all six areas across the United
States of America. Inside this edition, we continue to celebrate the growth and retention in membership of our
beloved organization through the chartering of new chapters and inducting new Top Ladies and Top Teens. We
welcome them into our organization family. Congratulations!

This edition of The Scepter also takes us on the road again, to the various Area Conferences from Houston, Texas
to Iselin, New Jersey; St. Louis, Missouri; Miami Florida; Indianapolis, Indiana and Los Angeles, California. And
of course, we continue to publicize our chapter news, Top Ladies and Lords in the news and remembering those in
memoriam that supported and served our organization and much, much more.

Top Ladies, there are two words that are simple to say, but not said enough, and that’s “Thank You”. Thank you
again, and again for your continued support and TEAM work. I could not have done it without you. Lady Drema,
“Thanks a lot, you’re the best, so thoughtful, how nice, what a treat, full of thanks, thanks to you”, four
years ago you appointed me as the newsletter editor to bring your vision to a reality, bringing our organizations
hard work making history, electronically. “May the work that I have done speak for me”. To God Be The
Glory!
