Continues To Expands Its Service Area in Texas
Southern Dallas County Chapter was chartered on May 5, 2019 in Dallas, Texas at St. Phillips
School and Community Center under the direction of Lady Drema Lee Woldman, National President and Lady
Harnell Williams, National Area 1 Director. Lady Emile Blaine is the Chapter Organizer.
On June 13, 2019, there were 24 Top Teens inducted into the Southern Dallas County Chapter of Top Teens of
America at the Star of Hope Baptist Church in DeSoto, Texas. The Southern Dallas County Chapter Top Teens
of America President is Teen Kanise Bizor. Lady Jamie Polk is the Southern Dallas County Chapter Top Teens
Advisor and Lady Darlisha Oliver is the Southern Dallas County Assistant Top Teens Advisor.
