For

Lady LaVerne P. Madlock

Whereas; Lady LaVerne P. Madlock was a FOUNDER and National 2nd
President of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated – she was a vibrant
member of Rose City Chapter (Tyler, Texas) – she was a “Shaper of Change.”

Whereas; until failure of health in 2010, she bestowed freely and
unselfishly her talent, influence, time and means to perpetuate the programs
and projects of TLOD and Top Teens of America across the nation and in the
community where she lived,

Whereas; Lady Madlock touched all phases of religious, social and civic
life of people, she has given her life for a good cause,

Be it resolved; that all levels of TLOD and members across the USA
declare her death momentous and shall forever cherish her memory fragrant,
with good and meaningful deeds.
