EVALUATION
YourCrew Classroom Evaluation
We offer a choice of two primary methods of evaluation for your
students, with a third option available depending on your needs:
1. Before and After Surveys: These in-depth surveys assess
various aspects of student wellbeing while also collecting
anonymised data on key areas such as:

Current Mental Health and Issues Experienced
•
Mental Health Understanding
•
Knowledge and Accessibility of Help
•
Confidence and Willingness to Seek Help
This approach allows us to gauge the impact of our program
and provide valuable insights into your students’ mental health.

2. Simple After Survey: This method involves a straightforward
survey conducted after the program to assess student
engagement and measure basic help-seeking knowledge.
It’s designed to provide a quick snapshot of the program’s
effectiveness. (2 mins)
3. Focus Groups (Optional): A third evaluation method could
involve conducting focus groups to gain deeper insights into
student experiences and the program’s impact. The use of
focus groups will be determined during your initial discussions
with the YCC School Engagement Officer.
These methods provide flexible and comprehensive evaluation
options, tailored to meet the specific needs of your school
and students.
