USAGE
NOTE: In IELTS Writing Task 2, when we discuss opinions,
we usually use “might/ could/ would” instead of “may/ can/
will” to reduce the certainty of something happening.
The shortage of students choosing science subjects might
bring about serious impacts.
When fewer students decide to learn about science, there
would be a serious shortage of employees working in these
fields.
