ALL ROUNDER, EYES ON THE GROUND, STRAIGHT SHOOTER HAYLEY WILKINSON, DSI PANELS, VICTORIA
Clarissa Iacobucci, Director at DSI Panels, a repair business with two sites in Melbourne, nominated her right hand woman Hayley Wilkinson. “ I can always rely on her to get the job done and she’s always thinking of ways to go above and beyond. She’s my eyes and ears too and at times, a voice of reason. Always,” says Iacobucci.
Wilkinson is always happy to speak her mind and help anyone and is the company’s ‘go to’ in so many situations. “Hayley is ca- pable of filling any office spot at either branch, she is a total asset. She also helps me with background compliance tasks and payroll attendance. I honestly couldn’t do it without her,” say Iacobucci.
Wilkinson is first aid certified and com- pleted the COVID -19 infection control train- ing to assist with managing the business throughout the pandemic.
“Hayley brings the ‘Jill of all trades’ reli- ability to us. We rely on her for everything. She’s always thinking outside the box and one step ahead. She usually suggests im- provements to me or advises of potential issues she has noticed. It’s hard for me to be everywhere and see everything. I love having her as part of Team DSI and will never let her leave.”
Something owners Clarissa and David Iac- obucci don’t have to worry about according to Wilkinson who loves her job at DSI Panels
