Tarny Howard is a sales representative at Wallaby Crash Supplies. She is a spray painter by trade and enjoys being able to have the experience and knowledge of a male dominated trade. She is extremely
customer service focused and always goes above and beyond for her customers. Wallaby Crash Supplies encourages a good work/life balance, and with four chil- dren Howard has been able to look after her
family and continue with her career. She re- cently completed a course in paint specifi- cations which will open doors to customers that require paint specifications for indus- trial applications.
Since the last Women in Collision semi- nar awards she has been highly motivat- ed to gain better insight into the chal- lenges women face in the industry today given her own journey in a male dominat- ed industry.
Her nominator Kate Zovi says: “Tarny is like no other. She is outspoken, funny, does not embarrass easily and has no filter. She is passionate and caring and most of all hard- working and loyal.
“Wallaby Crash Supplies is a small busi- ness and she has helped grow our com- pany over many years becoming part of the family.”
Howard talked about the Wallaby family in her award video and thanked her nan, mother and Zovi for supporting her through- out her career.

Sandra Gaitatzis, is Torque Factor’s chief salesperson and possibly the only female salesperson in factoring in Australia. Her company says she is a familiar face across the industry in Victoria and more recently in New South Wales.
Gaitatzis is a people person and very much solutions oriented. She has a great knack of getting the confidence of repair- ers and winning new business through demonstrating how factoring can help with cash flow.
