CONTINUING EXCELLENCE
Last year’s forum saw some 170 printers, packaging converters brand owners, and packaging designers descend on the Monkey Baa for a day packed full of valuable networking opportunities and insights.
Following the inaugural event, Hughson said she was delighted with its success and the positive feedback she received.
“The speaker content was of a very high standard, relevant and engaging, and the positive vibe among delegates on the day was tangible during the networking sessions,” she said.
Peak industry bodies partnering with the event include the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP), the Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association (APPMA), the Printing Industries Association of Australia (PIAA), and PrintNZ.
Executive director of the AIP Nerida Kelton said the LIVE forum reinforced the importance and value of the packaging and printing industries working together for a common goal of designing innovative solutions.

APPMA chairman Mark Dingley said the association was proud to both sponsor and support an event of this calibre for the packaging and printing industries, noting that with printing and converting technolo- gies evolving at such a rapid pace, events like LIVE facilitate informa- tion sharing and dialogue around the challenges and changes that are shaping the industry’s future.
With a line-up brimming with the industry’s best and brightest, and plenty of opportunities to rub elbows and swap war stories with fellow printers and packagers, 2019’s Print21 + PKN LIVE event promises to build on the success of last year’s debut – so book your spot before you miss out. ■
