Tarnya is an experienced Commercial professional with
a demonstrated history of working in the Defence industry. Skilled in Defence contracting, customer relationship management, import/export operations, commercial and
contract management. Tarnya made a change to supporting defence projects after 15 years in the legal industry, graduating from Macquarie University.
JANELLE DONNELLY
OF DEFENDTEX
Janelle has worked for much of her career in the ports
and shipping industry in infrastructure development and stakeholder engagement. Janelle joined DefendTex in 2015 as Director Innovation and Partnerships to develop
new technology for defence. Janelle is President of an independent girls’ school and is an entrepreneur in her own right founding two start-up companies. Janelle has qualifications in arts, applied science and law.

Wendy holds the position
of General Counsel and Company Secretary at ASC, responsible for the management of ASC’s legal affairs,
corporate governance and communications.
With over 25 years of legal experience, Wendy is recognised for her inspiring ability
to command respect and drive successful legal and com- mercial outcomes.
A leader in the defence sector, Wendy is an ambassa- dor for diversity and inclusion and a role model and men- tor for women across defence.
AMANDA WESCOMBE

Amanda is responsible for delivering all commercial aspects of KEY Team’s Major Service Provider program. She leverages her legal and commercial experience to provide frank and fearless advice and defendable
procurement outcomes for Defence. She is passionate about making the complex simple and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Her capacity to quickly build a strong rapport with KEY Team's clients and suppliers creates a positive and collaborative, outcomes-driven environment.
TIFFANY STEPHENSON OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE
Tiffany is a commercial law specialist with executive qualifications in complex program leadership and business administration. With over ten years’ experience, Tiffany has worked in private practice and the public sector to assist a variety of clients in major industry and government. With a passion for intellectual property, Tiffany’s current position as Senior Legal Officer for the Department of Defence involves strategic responsibility for the provision of commercial legal services across a broad range of highly sensitive and complex projects. Recent achievements in this role include leading negotiations for a flagship transportation platform and deploying to Papua New Guinea with OP APEC Assist. Working in a collaborative team of high performing lawyers, Tiffany’s objective is to foster trust and support the organisation in the provision of high quality legal advice.
