JANE HUNTER

Jane is the Chief Operating Officer of the Phantom Works International, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, a Company Director of Boeing Defence Australia and KLX Aerospace
Solutions and Chair of the South Queensland Defence Advisory Board.
PW-I is the international prototyping Division of Boeing, rapidly developing advanced technologies.
Jane leads Projects and Operations, with a portfolio
of 12 projects in areas such as autonomous systems
& ISR analytics. Jane lead the Capture team for Boeing’s recent Loyal Wingman UCAV program, which is now lead by her team for the RAAF.
LIEUTENANT COMMANDER ERRIKA MEADES OF RAN
Errika has worked with the Australian Defence industry for 32 years. Errika specialises in Integrated Logistic Support and is the founder and Managing Director of Exchange Consulting. Errika holds an Executive
Masters in Business Administration, is a non-Executive Director of the Submarine Institute of Australia (SIA) and an active member of the Royal Australian Naval Reserve. Errika is currently serving as the Supply Manager of the Air Combat and Sea Lift SPO in Sydney and will deploy to Operation Accordion in the Middle East Region later this year. Errika and her husband reside on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
DENISE TOWIE
OF QINETIQ
Denise started her Defence career when she joined the RAAF in 1984. She discovered a passion for project management, particularly complex technical projects. Denise has since managed a variety of complex
technical and integration projects and programs within the Defence, telecommunications and mining industries. Denise is now a Program Director for QinetiQ Australia with responsibility for delivery of the MSP integrated work package in SRSPO, delivery of QinetiQ’s range safety software projects, and management of the South Australian Advisory Services business.
EMILY FRIZELL
OF AEROPM
Emily is the founder and CEO of AeroPM, a specialist consulting company in engineering and management services. Emily has made a measurable impact to both Defence and Defence Industry over the past 20 years
as a passionate engineer and project manager, and more recently as the innovative CEO of a rapidly growing consulting firm. She volunteers for boards and committees and is an inspirational working mother of three.
LIEUTENANT COLONEL LAUREN WRIGHT
OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
Lauren is an Army Officer within the Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME) Corps, and an Royal Military College – Duntroon and Australian
Command and Staff College graduate.
With over 16 years experience, Lauren has worked
in a range of Project Management, Engineering, and Leadership roles. On deployment in Afghanistan, the highlight was leading a Female Engagement Team working with men and women within the local Afghani community on topics such as children’s education and women’s health.
Lauren is currently managing the Joint CIED project within Army Headquarters. This project will deliver ADF capabilities to defeat an adversary’s use of IEDs.
CLAIRE KLUGE
OF BOEING DEFENCE AUSTRALIA
Claire is Boeing Defence Australia’s regional director for the Hunter and was recently appointed a Business Integration Manager, following three years as the F/A-18 A/B Program
Manager based in Williamtown, NSW.
In her Business Integration Manager role, Claire
manages the integration of Boeing’s Wedgetail
and P8 programs in Australia. As Hunter regional director, she leads Boeing’s defence presence in
the region and oversees operations associated with community engagement, industry collaboration, and educational partnerships.
