SARAH EAREY
OF L3 MICREO
Sarah is Vice President & General Manager of L3 Micreo, responsible for strategically leading the business and driving growth. Sarah commenced her role in May
2017 after relocating from UK to successfully lead
the integration of Micreo into L3. Sarah formerly held senior sales positions with L3 TRL Technology, and prior to L3, spent 18 years with Northrop Gumman. Sarah is internationally experienced in government and commercial contracts with expertise in Electronic Warfare and Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
WO DAYLE LOVELL
OF RAN
Dayle joined the RAN in Jul 1996. She is the first female Marine Technician to be awarded a Marine Technical Charge Certificate, be promoted to Chief Petty Officer and Warrant Officer. She has been awarded the Australia Cup, the fleet Engineering Award in 2012 and a Fleet Commander’s bronze commendation for her duties as the Deputy Engineering Officer Hydrographic Ship Blue Crew.
MICHELLE RICHARD
OF THALES AUSTRALIA
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from
the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. Soon after Michelle joined the private sector and took on various challenging roles for large aerospace & defence companies in engineering and program management.
In 2003, Michelle was appointed to the procurement team at Thales in Glasgow, followed by a procurement role in Paris.
Michelle joined Thales Australia in 2009 and was appointed as Procurement Director in 2013. She
is actively involved across all the business lines, transforming the Procurement at Thales into an integral part of the business. Lately, her focus has been on building capabilities with innovative SMEs and act as a mentor to support their export aspirations.
WO CINDY LEATHAM
OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
No matter which hat Cindy’s wearing, her goal is simple - to empower her soldiers and peers to differentiate themselves from the norm. She enlisted into the Army in May 2004 as an Operator Supply. She has served with the 1st Brigade, 17 CSS Brigade, Army School
of Ordnance as an Instructor and Land 121 Phase 4 Hawkei- Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group as the Logistics Warrant Officer. Her most memorable achievement was being awarded the Forces Commander Bronze Commendation for her efforts as the Company Sergeant Major of 1 Catering Company.
