  ACTION PLAN
The third key is having an action plan. This involves breaking down the com- mon goal into smaller, achievable tasks and then allocating responsibilities to team members. This helps to ensure that everyone knows what they need to do, and when they need to do it, in order to achieve the goal. An action plan can also help to identify any potential road- blocks or obstacles that may need to be addressed along the way.

The fourth key is having 100% involve- ment and inclusion. This means that everyone on the team should feel valued and included and that their contribu- tions are appreciated. This can be achieved by involving team members in decision-making processes, recognising and rewarding their efforts, and provid- ing opportunities for growth and devel- opment. It is also important to create an
environment where team members feel comfortable speaking up and sharing their thoughts and ideas.
GOOD CULTURE
Make sure the company has a good culture and everyone knows the rules of the game. This involves establishing clear expecta- tions and guidelines for behaviour, as well as creating a positive work environment where team members feel respected and valued. Good culture also includes provid- ing opportunities for team members to have fun and build relationships outside of work. This helps to create a sense of cama- raderie and can improve team dynamics.
SUPPORTING RISK TAKING
The final key is supporting risk-taking. This means encouraging team members to take calculated risks and try new ap- proaches, even if they may not always be successful. This helps to foster innova- tion and creativity and can lead to new and more effective ways of working. It is
important, however, to make sure that risks are carefully assessed and man- aged, and that team members are sup- ported if things don't go as planned.
In conclusion, building a winning team in a collision repair shop requires strong leadership, a common goal, an action plan, 100% involvement and inclusion, a good culture and clear rules of the game, and support for risk-taking. By imple- menting these six keys, shop owners can create a team that is motivated, commit- ted and effective, which will lead to im- proved performance, customer satisfac- tion, and long-term success.
