Glasurit 100 Line is the first basecoat line on the market with a VOC value below 250 g/l which is 40% below the EU solvent limit. It also exceeds all global VOC requirements. With 100 Line, Glasurit has succeeded in producing a waterborne basecoat system of unprecedented eco-effec- tiveness and quality.

FAST PERFORMANCE
When compared with existing base- coat lines in the market, customers can expect savings of up to 35% in overall process times through faster application and shorter flash-off cy- cles. Another 20% in savings can be made as material consumption is re- duced. The opportunity for body- shops to generate more revenue through optimising operating costs from less product consumption, new pigment technology and better hiding power also elevates efficiency.
PAINT CAR PARTS TWICE AS FAST
Forming part of the Glasurit 100 Line product offer is 100-MPT, a revolution- ary multi-purpose tintable product which allows bodyshops to paint new car parts in half the time of the stand- ard process. With reduced total process times of up to 50% and reduced mate- rial consumption of up to 19%.
Used with Glasurit 100 Line, 100-MPT is suitable for application on new e-coat- ed panels, old paintwork and for interior matt coloured finishes. It also allows you to reuse paint left over from previ- ous jobs, resulting in a huge reduction in waste and lower overall costs.
"The key feature of 100-MPT is the di- rect application to e-coat panels without the need for sanding. 100-MPT not only
