FINIXA CURING SYSTEMS
U
V PAINT TECHNOLOGY AND
equipment are on the rise and
Finixa is consistently innovating products to suit. A range of UV products designed to increase pro- ductivity and profitability in the workshop
are the newest additions to the range.
The Spectratek InstaCure handheld UV LED curing lamp allows easy and complete access to all parts and sections of a vehicle while providing a faster, saf-
er and more efficient cure for automotive finishes. An 8-15 second curing time is achieved at 50mm (2”) from curing sur- face and between 1-2 minutes cure time at a curing distance of 200mm (8”).
Paired with the Finixa UV primer this InstaCure lamp gives an almost instant cure with no heat radiance, avoiding the risk of handling burns. The unit only emits UV, radiation with no harmful UV- B/C. Free-standing UVLED curing lamps
are also available for larger curing areas with up to 70% less energy usage than typical mercury-based systems.
Finixa TSP150 UV Primer is a one-com- ponent UV curable primer-filler with a 2-minute cure time (pending cure area size and distance matched with UV curing lamp). With a high film build of up to 140 microns over 3 layers, it is the perfect aer- osol Primer for spot and SMART repairs and will increase productivity from the first use. Finixa recommends its water- based degreaser (DGR05) to clean the pan- el before applying the UV primer.
TSP1200 UV Primer Cleaner is the sec- ond step of the new UV aerosol range and is especially formulated for use with Fi- nixa UV Primer. It is to be used after cur- ing and before the sanding stage. This product will help to increase the life span of the abrasive materials used in the sanding stage and can also be used to re- move non-cured UV Primer.

HYPERION IRT
THE IRT HYPERION IR DRYER IRT 3-2
PcD is mostly used for small to medium- sized repairs and for primers, but has sufficient output to cure all kinds of paint materials. With two cassettes this model can dry larger surfaces as well. You can use the IRT 3-2 PcD in an IRT Hyperion rail system, since it has the same curing capacity as IRT-3-20 PcD.
Increased heat distribution, thanks to the asymmetric FreeForm reflectors, provides a more even heat distribution. When only ir- radiating the object and not heating up the surrounding air, a lot of energy is saved.
Thanks to the special angle of the arm and the advanced design of the foot, cur- ing is possible in places that were previ- ously hard to access. The more advanced IRT Hyperion models reach higher than any other infrared mobile dryers.
These models also have a built-in elec- tronic distance sensor which gives the
user a more advanced control of the dry- ing process. The control unit is easy to use and easy to understand.
• Two cassettes (6 kW)
• Unique possibilities to position the cassettes
• Gold-coated FreeForm reflectors for optimal heat distribution
• Computerised curing process
• Electronic distance sensor
• 12 pre-set and 3 custom programs • Can cure all paint materials
• Smart stand design
• Efficient particle filter on
the cassettes
• Powerful ventilation that cools
the cassette and increases lamp life • Also available as a Rail Dryer for
IRT Rail Systems
• Maximum cassette height:
2,250 mm (horizontal) 2,550 mm (vertical)
