Residential Air Conditioning
Go platinum
with efficiently stylish new series
MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES AIR-CONDITIONERS AUSTRALIA (MHIAA) HAS LAUNCHED ITS NEW AVANTI PLUS PLATINUM SERIES OF REVERSE CYCLE SPLIT SYSTEM AIR CONDITIONERS.
FEATURING AN INDUSTRY leading 7 Star “Super-Efficiency” energy rating, a new built in, energy saving motion sensor and an award win- ning design, the Avanti PLUS Platinum Series is as efficient as it is stylish.
Engineered by Italian designers, TENSA, an in- dustrial design company based in Milan, Italy, the series continues the theme of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries previous split systems and boasts a sleek, sophisticated and modern design that was awarded the Silver A’ Design Award in the ‘Engi- neering and Technical Design’ category in 2017.
“Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is committed to bringing consumers the latest advancements in technology and stylish designs within our prod- ucts,” according to MHIAA senior advisor, Gra- ham Hamilton.
“The Avanti PLUS Platinum Series is the per-
fect example of this as it offers the best appear- ance and functionality in line with Japanese Technical Standards.
“Improvements in the internal component de- sign, in combination with the use of R32 refriger- ant, has allowed the Avanti PLUS series to achieve seriously impressive energy ratings, with the 2.0kW model boasting an industry leading 7 Star Super-Efficiency rating for both heating and cooling – the highest rating currently available for air conditioners in Australia.”
Consumers are increasingly concerned with the environmental and economic impacts of the products they use.
“With the Avanti PLUS Platinum Series, Mitsubi- shi Heavy Industries was conscious of this and is now able to offer consumers the most efficient air conditioner on the market,” Hamilton explained.
As part of its premium and enhanced design, the Avanti PLUS series also includes a new ener- gy saving motion sensor. The motion sensor monitors movement and activity levels within the room while the Eco operation will automati- cally adjust the set temperature accordingly, boosting the system’s energy saving capabilities while maintaining everyone’s comfort. If no ac- tivity is detected for an extended period of time, the unit will turn off automatically, saving ener- gy and minimising running costs.
ODOUR AND ALLERGEN FREE AIR
The Avanti PLUS Platinum Series also delivers odour and allergen free air via Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Allergen Clear System.
This system removes airborne allergens such as pollen and dust by capturing them in a spe- cially formulated enzyme filter and eliminating them via the multi-stage Allergen Clear Opera- tion. A photo-catalytic filter captures any re- maining particles and neutralises odour causing bacteria before the Self Cleaning Mode dries the internal anti-microbial fan and internal compo- nents, ensuring fresh air on every start-up.
“THE 2.0KW MODEL BOASTS AN INDUSTRY LEADING 7 STAR SUPER-EFFICIENCY RATING FOR BOTH HEATING AND COOLING – THE HIGHEST RATING CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR AIR CONDITIONERS IN AUSTRALIA.” - MHIAA senior advisor, Graham Hamilton
The new Avanti PLUS series is also compatible with the IntesisHome app. In conjunction with the NEW MH-AC-WIFI-1 Wi-Fi Adaptor (which can be easily installed out of sight and within the unit), the easy to use app, available for both Android & iOS, provides complete control over the split system via smartphone, tablet or even browser. As a reverse cycle model, the Avanti PLUS Platinum Series de- livers efficient heating and cooling and comes in a variety of capacities ranging from 2.0kW up to 6.0kW making them perfect for a range for differ- ent sized spaces. The Avanti PLUS Platinum Se- ries is available from leading air conditioning dealers and comes with a five-year parts and la- bour warranty. Visit www.mhiaa.com.au or call 1300 138 007. ✺
