               SATAJET FUTURE
SATA’s latest special edition, the SATAjet X 5500 FUTURE
envisions a greener, more connected world.
Choosing a radiant, earthy, green colour for the SATAjet X 5500 FUTURE is carefully designed to send a message. Much more than just a reference to Mother Nature – it’s also a symbol of harmony and hope, espe- cially for the future. It’s about striving for a sustainable and connected future that makes the most of the potentials of the
digital transformation.
The sharp, clean graphics, featuring
a globe shape made up of interconnect- ing circuits, represent the technology that is connecting people and ena-
bling the globalised world of the future. Combining the high-quality green anodised surface finish with matt black accented components, not only adds to the harmonious appearance, it also stands for aligning SATA’s actions with sustainability and the preservation of nature.
As a manufacturing company, sustainable growth is of great importance to SATA and this has seen it become an integral part of daily activities. This includes a consistent focus on the conserva- tion of resources and avoidance of waste.
The special edition SATAjet X 5500 FUTURE is available in both HVLP and RP technologies, in a variety of nozzle sizes and in non-digital format or the SATA DIGITAL version with an air gauge built into the gun handle.

           SMOOTHING THE DAILY GRIND
Packed with MIRKA tool trademarks, including innovative design, powerful performance and clever features, the new pneumatic belt sander is here to smooth the daily grind.
“When it comes to commonplace tasks around the workshop, it’s so much faster and more satisfy- ing to use a tool you can rely on to get the job done with no fuss efficiency,” says Matt Sbizzirri, PPG Al- lied Products Specialist ANZ. “The MIRKA pneumat- ic belt sander is the latest tool to join the range and the design has been fine-tuned to a variety of every- day jobs in the panel beating workshop, from the grinding of weld marks and seams, to rust removal, paint removal and general grinding, particularly in tight-to-get-at places.”
Whether you choose the 10mm width or the 13mm width, the MIRKA pneumatic belt sander comes with lots of thoughtful features that make it reliable and very easy to live with. This includes all the adjustments that are quick and hassle-free. For example, belt changes are a breeze thanks to an intelligently designed tension arm mechanism. Smoothly controlling the speed is simple, courtesy of an easy to operate regulator that requires no tools. It’s the same for setting the angle of the arm because the hex key needed for making adjust- ments is cleverly integrated into the tool handle
where it’s always at hand.
The innovative de-
sign of the MIRKA
pneumatic belt
sander extends to
the health and com-
fort of the operator
and even their co-
workers. For exam-
ple, the rubber-coat-
ed handle makes the
tool comfortable to hold
and prevents it from get-
ting cold, while the low vibra-
tions and low noise level make it
much more pleasant to use than
your average pneumatic tool. With the
launch of its latest tool, MIRKA has also taken
the opportunity to release a selection of Mirkon belts to fit. Available in P40, P60 and P80 grits and in 10mm and 13mm widths, these tough and durable belts are built to take plenty of tough treatment, making them perfectly suited to the aggressive ma- chine sanding of metal.
A full range of MIRKA tools and abrasives are available at your authorised MIRKA distributor.
