NEW FINIXA POWERPEEL BOOTH COATING
Protecting and maintaining your shop’s spray booth has never been easier and more affordable thanks to Finixa’s new PWP Powerpeel Booth Coating.
Powerpeel is a peelable spray booth protection coating which is used as a protective layer for your spray booth walls which can be applied in one closed layer. It’s easy to remove, even af- ter a single-layer application.
Powerpeel is a water-based coating that becomes water re- sistant after curing. Once the product has cured, the film be- comes highly flexible making it easy to remove anywhere from one single layer up to seven overpainted layers.
Powerpeel is tested for up to six months o peelable quality protection and is available in both white (PWP05W) for spray booth walls and transparent (PWP05T) for light fixtures and windows. The product dries in 45 minutes at 65 degrees and, if needed, can be removed with water while it is curing thanks to its water-based formula.
APPLICATION:
Powerpeel can be applied in multiple ways including using a paint roller, 2.5mm nozzle spraygun at 2.5-3.0 bar, an airless system or the SPG80 pressure tank (recommended for best application) with a 2.5mm nozzle and 4.5 bar at the tank.
When used with the SPG80 pressure tank, the 5L tub of Power- peel fits perfectly in the tank for faster setup and easy cleaning of the equipment. The product comes ready to use, not to be diluted as it will have a negative effect on the performance of the product.
If you also like to have a tacky coating, you have the option to overcoat with Finixa CBP which is a transparent, tacky, and washable coating. Simply ap- ply CBP over a 2-layer applica- tion of PWP Powerpeel. Finixa PWP Powerpeel is available in 5L tubs.
