Kirby national sales & marketing manager, Brett Hedge, has been a long standing industry advocate since completing his apprenticeship in 1999. When he is not busy promoting natural re- frigerants, he sits on the AIRAH Refrigeration Special Technical Group. His knowledge and ex- perience has made him an influencer and driv- ing force in this industry.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioners Australia general manager, Adrian Brown, is a natural leader. He is energetic and passionate about the HVACR industry which is why he has become a mentor to so many. But it was his ini- tiative more recently that really showcased his leadership when he helped introduce Australia's first accredited training course for R32.
Australian Refrigeration Council CEO, Glenn Evans, has worked closely with industry for

many years reducing emissions of ozone deplet- ing and synthetic greenhouse gas refrigerants. He has overseen the introduction of Green Scheme Accreditation pushing flammable re- frigerant training into the mainstream.
Temperzone general manager, Robert Beggs, has been a long-standing contributor to the HVACR industry and has a 30-year his- tory in standards development. He also rep- resents Australia on the global stage, most recently at an international standards meet- ing at Copenhagen in July. Robert continues to drive change actively participating in in- dustry groups such as AREMA, RRA, RA and other working groups.
