We also asked how confident respondents were that business will im- prove in the second half of 2020, assuming the pandemic crises con- tinues to improve. A bullish 28.10% were extremely confident, the majority were cautiously confident 57.02%, 9.92% were less confident than at the outset of the virus and just 4.96% were not at all confident.
With hot desk offices and high rise offices with social dis- tancing lift issues many workers are still working from home or only going into the office a couple of days a week. This is obviously affecting traffic and accident claim volumes.
