NATIONAL RESTAURANT CONFERENCE
Monday 24 June
At the National Restaurant Conference, supported by Restaurant & Catering Australia and sponsored by Rational, OpenTable and Australian Pork, industry leaders and legends will share their knowledge and ideas to improve menus, marketing, staffing and your bottom line. Speakers include Matt Wilkinson from Pope Joan, Jo Barrett from Oakridge Wines, Dr Bri Williams from People Patterns, Andy Mullins from Hotel Esplanade, Jerry Mai from Annam, Steven Rogers from the Pie Shop, Melissa Pepers from Bonbo, Peter Wright from Global Hospitality Group, Eleena Tan from Brand-Smart, Ken Burgin from Silver Chef, Howard Tinker from Restaurant Profits, and more. One of Melbourne’s foremost restaurateurs, Chris Lucas from the Lucas Group behind Chin Chin and Kisumé, will also give a special presentation on what it will take to succeed in hospitality in the next ten years.
