AXALTA HAS LAUNCHED A VIDEO LEARN-
ing series aimed at helping bodyshop centres in Australia and New Zealand improve productivity and workplace ef- ficiency. The short, informative videos feature Axalta Services Manager and resident expert, Robin Taylor.
Aptly titled ‘Let’s Talk’, the video se- ries provide insights to owners and managers looking to increase shop effi- ciency, but unsure where to begin. They cover some of the biggest and most time- ly issues affecting bodyshops today, such as: workflow, production manage- ment, scheduling, key performance indi- cators and coaching teams, with tips on how to implement successful change.
Each video is available online for easy viewing on desktop and laptop computers and mobile devices. With a runtime of less than seven minutes, ‘Let’s Talk’ can be quickly viewed and the insights and learn-
ings from the videos immediately imple- mented by shop owners and managers.
The tips shared in the videos are based on Axalta’s and Robin Taylor’s ex- tensive understanding of the industry and decades of supporting bodyshops to be more productive and efficient, “it isn’t possible to personally visit every bodyshop so these videos are a perfect way to quickly share knowledge and best practices that will give bodyshop owners a boost to start an
efficiency journey that will set them up for long term success,” said Taylor.
“Our Axalta Services team is ready and availa- ble to provide additional support and guidance.’
